The Southwest Side has always been a working neighborhood, industrial, freight-driven, and connected to the trucking routes that run through Chicago. Canton Tire has been part of that fabric since 1942, serving the fleets, owner-operators, and commercial drivers who move goods through Chicago every day, including the intermodal rail yards that connect the city to the rest of the country.

We’re two blocks south of the Stevenson Expressway at the Kedzie exit, which puts us in the middle of the freight traffic that runs through the Southwest Side every day, including the intermodal rail yards moving containers in and out of Chicago.
